车子路税9月份到期到现在都忘记去买，今天让警察逮着了，罚了800多
其中有一项他说我uninsurance罚我500多，
请问这个保险是什么保险啊？保险不是可买可不买的吗？
路税过了不就是罚路税就好了吗？为什么还发罚没保险？

这个罚款规定都是那么贵的吗？就没交2个月，罚800多 {:4_110:}

只罚你800多你应该感到庆幸才对。。。
路费里的强制性保险是必须的。。。不然出了事故，谁来保你和对方的生命和财产？

什么都可以不买，但是养路费必须要买。。。严重者，可以控告为刑事案件。。。

你已经很lucky啦~~~

对了，如果你觉得一次性拿800多比较难受。。。去COURT申请分期付款。。。2周付30块。。。直到了事为止

如果交了养路费，可以不买其他保险吗？

THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE 和COMPREHENSIVE 不是强制性的，所以可以选择不买。但是为了你自己的安全和车辆的安全，万一发生交通事故，你没有买这2种保险，那么你的损失就会很大。

建议最好要买THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE。这个保险是在你的车撞了别人的车的情况下，你不用承担对方的车的损失。你只负责你自己的车的损失。

当然，如果经济允许，可以买COMPREHENSIVE ，双方都由保险公司负责。

那个CTP第三险是强制性的 非买不可 否则你的车不开停在路上也是犯法
