Hello, I'm a commencing international student at the University of Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to stay during my next 3 years in Adelaide. I am a quiet roommate and I tend to keep my area neat and clean.

I'm looking for apartments that:
- have unlimited internet access (wired ethernet preferred).
- have basic furnishings.
- have a commute to the North Terrace campus of no longer than 30 minutes.
- are in a safe neighborhood.

I'm NOT looking for roommates that:
- can't keep quiet during resting hours.
- have frequent, different guests.
