房子是house，带前后院，在city中心可谓闹中取静。步行去Chinatown 3 分钟。附近就有bus stop坐免费bus到阿大。
房东有多年租房经历，提供很完善的生活设施，包括卫生纸洗衣粉等等等等。。。房子干净整洁便利性高，真正的拎包入住。
由于室友回国，房间短租，租期11月26至2019年2月22号,140刀包所有bill。

City Accommodation. Walk to Uni for female international student

A room is now available in a very tidy four-bedroom house, run by a native English speaker, with more than ten years experience hosting international students. The room is fully furnished, including; a double bed with sheets, quilt and pillows, wardrobe, desk and table lamps, bookcases, coffee table, fan, heater, LCD Flat screen TV, DVD player and more. Shared facilities include; a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry and a relaxing tropical back garden.
The house is in the heart of the city, 3 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service, which stops just around the corner from the house.
$195 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
Also included internet on a high-speed (ADSL2+) Wi-Fi connection.

To share with an Australian male, and 2 Chinese female international students. While the room is large, it is available for a single student only, as there is only 1 toilet/bathroom in the house.

请问从7月中租到11月中租4个月可以吗，这4个月要来阿大交换。如果可以的话能不能微信联系呀，现在我还在国内，用短信联系不是很方便呀
