We have a fully furnished single room available for rent since 10/12/2017 in a furnished unit in South Road, Mile End 5031. The unit has 2 bedrooms (already has 1 female tenant in the other room), 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room, as well as parking area.
It takes 10 minutes to CBD by bus, only 30 seconds walking to the nearest bus stop (bus J1 or 163),
10 minutes walking to Drakes Foodland, Asian Grocery, and Chemist Warehouse Torrensville or 5 min by bus to Woolworth Hilton.
Female student only. Price is $150 per week including all bills and internet (limitation of gas and electricity usage applied but rarely excessed).
