We are looking for a female to be part of our house. We have a medium size bedroom (all funished)You will be provided twin room share with a korean girl working at hair shop with friendly and very keen to people from foreign country.We look for preferably a quiet person who works or studies full time and tidy and neat, not really party person.You are able to smoking but outside of house.The house would be shared with many koreans. some of them are professionals in work and others are student.The house is located in a quiet area, very close to the china town and South Terrace Tram station and bus stop with the city connector, close to an area of cafes, restaurants and city south terrace park.The rent is $250 fortnightly (expenses all included). The bedroom will be available now and first rent payment has to be done when you settle in. We also ask for a bond of $250 which will be refunded once leaving the room and fill it up with a new tenant.
