家具全包，尤其厨房浴室用品一应俱全
房子布置很温馨，欢迎爱干净，好相处的女生入住
租金190刀/week （可商议）除了电费不包，其他水，网，电话的line rental都包在租金内。同时我也包厕所toilet paper，洗手液，厨房洗涤剂，洗衣液和其他家用清洁用品。这个是因为很多朋友租房子喜欢单买一份摆上，可是毕竟是appartement，实在不希望家里公共地区摆放太多东西，所以一律包在租金里~~~
总之你只需要拎着包包搬进来就一切 ok啦

注意网是 TPG 的 unlimited，所以如果你想随时随地online 看片那还犹豫什么赶快打电话吧~~~

房子位于281 north tce, 就在皇家医院正对面，楼下有IGA超市，电影院，餐馆，咖啡馆一应俱全，99C/M44/J1,J2 交通非常便利，一般学生常去的地方楼下都有直达车，去chinatown免费巴士一周7天都有
马路斜对面是UNI SA city EAST campus, ADELAIDE UNI , 步行5分钟到rundle mall
绝对的 GOLDEN LOCATION

卧室在city的appartement里面绝对算大的，房间内提供quene size床，写字台，转椅，一面墙的大衣柜，对于东西多的女孩子实在是再好不过的了。这间屋子是个隔间，但是我用整面墙的衣柜把房间分了出来，就和普通卧室一样。目前家里的室友都是在阿大读书的女生，房子住满了也就3个人，个人空间很大。说得再多，也不如你亲自看看准确，不要犹豫，来看看房子吧。。。
