地址是288 Carrington St，在city的东南角靠近Hutt st，很安静，上学和交通都很方便，全家具，冷暖空调。小房间每周150+20左右的bill，单人床，在阁楼，有小窗户；
大房间每周200+20左右bill，双人床，带阳台，内嵌式衣帽间，空间宽敞，可租couple或单人。
价格可议，房东是local 21岁左右，人很好相处，需要讲英文

Single room: 150 + 20 bills per week, attic room with window, fully furnitured, good size with reverse cycle conditioning, very private.
Double room: 200 + 20 bills per week, own balcony and huge walk in wardrobe，private and spacious. Also fully furnitured with rever cycle conditioning. Open to couple or single.
