通常这个问题有两种比较好的回答，第一种就是可以说自己的对于某些工作没有经验，千万不要说自己没有能力。
第二种就是描述自己正在努力提高的缺点，虽然现在还是缺点，当时让考官知道自己正在努力改变，例如：
