The house is located at Vale Park (Walkerville area).
Very close to city. It’s just 5kms away.

Rent is $120per week plus shared bills (water, gas, electricity).
Bond is 2 weeks rent. Minimum 3 months lease.

Room inclusion
Bed, mattress, chair, study table, and builtin wardrobe.

Furniture inclusion
Fridge, washing machine, flat TVs, water boiler, cooking tools, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dining table, chairs, sofa and etc.

Transportation
Bus 202,202F,203,203F,271,273,N202
