国内驾照超过2年时间，现在也转换成了澳洲的full license，
这样的话符合澳洲的满2年full license可以指导L牌学车的条件吗？
还有什么附加条件吗？

"72A—Qualified supervising drivers
1)b)(ii) a foreign licence of a type approved by the Registrar by notice in the
Gazette authorising the person to drive the vehicle,"
Based on the understanding, the foreign licence may need to be approved by Transport SA.
Also, the link below: A current full licence can be a foreign licence from a recognised country. If the driver holds a foreign licence that is not from one of the recognised countries the driver may not be a qualified supervising driver.

其实换了full以后就相当于认证了。理论上就没有问题了
