The brick house includes 4 spacious bedrooms (2*17sqm+2*13sqm), 1sleep out/study (7sqm), separate toilet, bathroom, dining &kitchen, laundry, carport and large rear enclosed veranda/entertaining area.

The evaporate air conditioning covers every room and cool in summer.

Fully furnished.

Location: 位于Adelaide西南 Anzac Highway 和South Road之间的Glandore，不在主街，街区安全清静，步行3分钟到位于Anzac Highway 上的Kurralta Park Shopping Centre。

Public transport:步行3分钟到BUS STOP 6 Anzac Hwy(240 to Flinders Med and University via Marion Rd,245,248,263,264,265,M44,N262)；步行5分钟到Tram Station 6(Entertainment Centre to Glenelg via City) 和Bus stop 6 South Rd(719 City to Flinders University via Anzac Hwy and South Rd,720,721,722,723,725,727,N721)。

Shopping centre: 步行3分钟到位于Anzac Highway 上的Kurralta Park Shopping Centre (including Coles, Kmart, bank, post office, subway & restaurants).

对面就是公车站和华人超市，没车但想住suburb 的同学非常方便！沿路上去就是Arndale shopping centre
满足你上学和购物方便的需求。价廉优美！四处都是有名气的越南餐厅
