全新2012年Town House 两房间出租. 地址在 Alexander avenue, Ashford 离city 4km (google map),1分钟到车站. 家里所有家具都是Brand New 包括2间房里的双人床, mattress, 桌子跟椅子. 两间房间都是楼上很安静都有锁,每间都有一个big built-in wardobe,中央空调都是每间可以独立控制. 其他的feastures包括 Adam Internet(最快,稳定的网络), 开放式厨房跟客厅,60寸智能电视跟很舒服的沙发, 室外有paved undercover outdoor area, 2个车库加offstreet parking等等..
两间都差不多大随时可以入住, $175 weekly不包bills or $195 weekly 包bills - 最好是后者不会有很多麻烦去算. 4周押金,2周租金提前交. Residential Tenancy (Rooming House) Regulations and other House Rules apply. 长租,男女都可以,考虑到2个人需要共用 bathroom跟toliet,同性可能比较方便一点.
