双砖别墅,中央冷暖空调,每个房间单独控制. 超大厨房及饭厅,前后花园.2分钟走到Campbelltown shopping center 及174 巴士站,15分钟到市中心, 或者10分钟走到Paradise interchange O-Bahn, 无数巴士10 分钟到市中心或者其他地区。房子原自住，保养很好，干净大气。总共住四人，一房将于2月22号空出，租金$125/周，限一人入住，分摊电网费。
