希望找一位好相处，有责任心的室友。11月房间空出。mawson lakes, 、4室2厅3卫浴独栋别墅，带超大阳台。极安全，有防盗安全门。
位置极佳，5到15分钟到unisa mawson lakes校区, woolworth, 亚洲超市，
交通便利，近mawson interchange, 有火车15分钟即可到达city, 还有其他公交车路过salisbury highway ,main north road, 222, 224, 225,225F. 门前有停车位。
telstra 电话，无限量网络，下载，看视频，不卡。超快速宽带。最高可达9M/s
带家具，房间内有双人床，衣柜，书桌，短椅。
家用电器齐全，电视，冰箱，洗碗机，洗衣机，烤箱，微波炉，，晾衣架

特别要求：
必须要爱干净，保持公用区域整洁。
不在房间里吃饭。
做完饭用完餐后自觉清理灶台，餐桌等区域，共同维护卫生间干净整洁.
不吸烟不养宠物。
