Looking for a female / male who is willing to take over my room from End of November (move in date is negotiable).
Our apartment have three rooms in total, just only have one room available from end of November
Price $165 pw not included electricty, gas and internet bills etc. (Must share the bills )
So you may need to pay around $175 per week (just estimate)
You will live with malaysian girls and Hong Kong boy
The big room have its own bathroom, so you need to share the bathroom with the boy.
Just Ready the bondand two weeks rent up front while the time you move in

This room have all the things you need:
Such as table
single bed
and build-in wardrobe with mirrors
Have the window with the fresh air comings in and stunning views of the Adelaide Hills

Apartment facilities:
you have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness centre and sauna

The location of the apartments is exceptional, with stunning views of the city, Adelaide Hills and parklands. The city centre is just a short walk away, as are the Central Markets, hospitals, universities, public transport and award-winning restaurants and cafes.
