标题: CITY单人间长租近UniSA西校区，阿大，免费Tram&Chinatown

City城西阿德莱德宝马店旁小房间招长租，因为2月7号已经预订出了短租，所以入住时间大概在2月中旬后（待到短租客找到房子为止），可以先看房，觉得合适可以交订金留房，房子空出来即刻通知入住。图片为小房间图片，长租价格175 + share bill，房子在Gray St，Adelaide。有意请联系索要大房间图片和其它室内图片。
很多人问到阿大多远，看你是想走路还是公交，出门1分钟就是公交站，任意车直达阿大南门Hindmarsh广场，下了公交走路3分钟到阿大。公交车很多，基本不用看时刻表。去了往那一站，几分钟之内必来车，所以还是很方便的。

公共空间宽敞明亮整洁舒适，家具家电齐全且新，楼上加楼下共有两个厕所，一个浴室。
只有电和水网，网是无限流量的。

以下都是步行时间：
3分钟到UniSA西校区图书馆，学习晚了不用担心回家还要花好长时间了
15分钟到阿大，路上可以经过红灯区，有麦当劳和KFC，还有各种cafe，不想吃早饭的捎带手就买了直奔学校，楼主经常买个热巧一个汉堡，早饭吃的好，一天心情好
5分钟到tram站，不过我们平时都走路不坐tram，因为走着很近还锻炼身体
13分钟到chinatown，溜达着就去了，平时买点菜啥的都方便，最重要的打工很方便，中餐馆小黑工你懂的。
2分钟就是On The Run加油站的24小时超市，饿了渴了想吃零食了都可以去，超市里还有subway，早上去上学前不想做早饭了，可以去买点带着，就在公交站斜对面
5分钟就是华人快递，想做代购的同学或者想往家里邮东西的有福了，拉着小车溜达着就到了，价格是12块钱一公斤
10分钟就是鞋服大卖场，打折鞋，衣服，体育用品一应俱全，指定鞋款买一送一
5分钟就是Adelaide High School，每周末有华人团体在踢球，如果你爱踢球，就有福了，我们可以一起去，夏天来到了，来一次畅快淋漓的比赛吧，也有篮球场和橄榄球场。

要求长租室友不抽烟（是不抽烟，不是想抽去外面抽，是根本不能抽烟），不养宠物（一般人也没有），爱干净（定期打扫个人房间卫生和卫生间卫生），品行端正（不撒谎，不乱拿乱用别人东西），性格没有阴暗面（个性开朗，阳光易相处）。男生优先。
