Looking for a third housemate to share brand new three bedroom house. Preferably a 21+ female We are looking for a clean housemate who likes to have a laugh and who likes to have hang and also who respects others space.
Mature, honest and respectful attitude is required. Must be pet friendly, we have a dog named Lily; she is a beautiful dog with a beautiful heart and smile.

Note: Your room is furnished, no furniture required.

3 Bedroom house
2 Bathrooms
1 min walk to Bus stop
15 min to city by bus
10 min drive
Share kitchen facilities.
Brand new room with BR.

Prefer a student or working professional, organised and care about the home we live in.
It would be awesome if you are someone who enjoys a social drink also, movies, music, BBQ.

RENT
$155 a week + 4 weeks BOND.
INCLUDES (water, gas, Internet) – Not electricity, as it is shared
