一定要环境安静，交通便利安全的区，在north park shopping centre打工，所以最好能找附近或者有车直达的区，东南西北方向的都行，只要交通便利，在city上课的，所以希望在20站以内的，家里最好有2个卫浴，室友也别太多，房租要120左右全包的，保证用东西不浪费

I have 3 rooms available to rent at 33 Heather Ave, Windsor Gardens.
The rooms are located at the rear of the house and shared spaces include kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom, toilet and laundry. The bed rooms and shared spaces are furnished and the house has heating and cooling. See the attached images for a street map as well as a floor plan of house.
The house is only 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop and is close to the Paradise obahn bus station. The Gilles Plains shopping centre (including Woolworths) is approximately a 10 minute walk and there is also a deli, chinese takeaway and medical centre within a 5 minute walk.
