We are a neat and considerate Chinese mother and son,we welcome you to share the house with us and if you are interested in Chineseculture. We also welcome you to inspect the house and we are looking forsomeone who is also considerate and tidy.

Rental Cost:

One Person in a room - $170 per week

House inspection is welcome

Conditions:

No contract is required || One week leave noticeneeded if you decide to move out. || Information required from tenant - copy ofpassport or valid ID || Two weeks bond (Bond will be returned when departure is confirmed)
