Looking for responsible and clean housemates to occupy 2 furnished & lockable rooms in Magill. Wireless ADSL2+ internet with 250GB quota available. The rooms are available in 2 weeks.
Cooking wares provided: rice cooker, stove, oven, plates and cutlery etc.
Close to shops (Firle plaza, foodland), gyms and 1 min away from bus stops. 12min to Adelaide by bus (H3O).
2 rooms available:
- Single rooms w/ double bed: $120 excluding bills
Bills shared equally according to usage (normal usage: $15 per week)
4 weeks-rent bond required and minimum 3 months contract.
