These rooms are available for initially up untilFebruary 2014 with a possibility to be extended hence, will be the perfectaccommodation for someone looking for either a short term or long termaccommodation.

Theasking rental price is $120per week per room which includes all utility bills. (Gas, Internet, Electricity and Water)

What is also included in the rent are thefollowing:

1) A huge cupboard in the room.
2) A study desk in the room.
3) Refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven andstove with oven in kitchen.
