都已租出，谢谢

离中华门三分钟路程，house内两单间出租，整洁干净，交通便捷。一间11月底可租，一间12月底可租。

$160/week（只限单人）包水，煤气，电，网, 屋内家俱齐全，房子一共有5间房，中央空调，厨房可以做饭，有两个卫生间。房内现住的都是学生，均为长期租客，很好相处。房间只有一个天窗，但是阳光照进来还是很亮的。希望租客爱干净，不吸烟，易于相处，如果长租，价格可议，欢迎来看房。
照片这周内贴出，房子离中华门不到200米，看房很方便
