A room is now available in a very tidy four-bedroom house, run by a native English speaker, with more tha ten years experience hosting international students. The room is fully furnished, including; a double bed with sheets, quilt and pillows, wardrobe, desk and table lamps, bookcases, coffee table, fan, heater, LCD Flat screen TV, DVD player and more. Shared facilities include; a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry and a relaxing tropical back garden.
The house is in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service ‘City Loop 99C’, which stops just around the corner from the house (City Loop clockwise get off at Morphett St, City Loop anticlockwise get off at the first stop on Grote St.).
$175 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
Also included is 15GB per person, of download on a high-speed (ADSL2+) Wi-Fi internet connection. The room is for a single international student only, as there is only 1 toilet/bathroom in the house.
To share with an Indonesian female, an Indian female and an Australian male.
Female international student preferred.

Hi, I am looking for the single room. As my contract will be end on 18 Aug 13 so it is a bit urgent to move. When can I inspect the house??
May I know what is the minimum lease required? As I am still in Malaysia now, and will be back on 12 Aug, so do you have any social network which we can contact each other easily ie: whatsapp, wechat, facebook etc.
