澳洲房东，喜房出租，150一周，包水费。
电费和网费大家share
房子是两层的unit，出租的房子在一层，是很大的房间，可以放双人床住两个人。
房间有一面墙都是柜子，储物没有问题。

房子还有两个房客，一个是香港男生是学生，另一个是澳洲本地男生，有全职的工作。
房东人很好，房东本身不住在这个房子，只是平时去打理一下花园。

照片里面的房间没有床，但房东可以提供一张双人床。
桌子和椅子在living room 里面都有。

这个房间同样在gumtree上，而且在富人区，价格便宜，大家不要错过机会！！！！！一个bus 147
可以走到阿大怀特校区

房间在半山腰上，从大大的阳台可以直接俯瞰city，还有beach非常非常的美啊！！！

I have a large room in a lovely townhouse in Beaumont for rent at.

$150 per week. It has built in robes vanity bar and fan for cooling. Townhouse is heated and cooled with views from every window.

Upstairs you can see from the balcony views to the city and the sea.

You will be sharing with 2 males who are long term tenants They are in their 20s one Australian and the other Chinese. Available immediately.

Large Room has Built-in Wardrobe + Table,bed is provided for free if required

这房子有一个巨大的阳台，对面是山，澳洲小伙儿在阳台上健身，嘿嘿嘿嘿，风景优美，秀色可餐
