谁能告诉我robe是什么东西，然后这个package里面究竟包不包括footing，比如说他说的价格是35w，那这个35w里面是究竟包不包括地基呢？

这一条非常重要，说明你的合同不是fixed price。譬如在打地基的时候，合同里的地基只有12000元，而真正的地基由于某种原因花了20000元铺的，那么剩下的8000元需要你自己兜里掏出来。
需要跟盖建商商议把这条删除，如果他肯。
