Their room will be available from the 9th of August.
The property is on two levels, it is fully furnished (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, air conditioning etc..). There is a garage that can fit a small car. The house is near the cross between King WIlliam Street and Halifax Street: it is only 2 minutes by foot to get to the free tram. The room is fully furnished too (bed, bedside table, in built wardrobe).
The house has really everything and it is very close to everything. The rent is 230 pw and does not include utilities. If you want to see it, call me at 0450 684 810 (my name is Angela) or send an email to [email protected].
