something like, if you sign the contract by yourself and have little knowledge as to what's in it, you can back out the contract by letting the purchaser know your intention (within a reasonable time frame, of course), but if you've already obtained legal advice before signing up, you are bound at the moment of signing! in such case, there is no cooling off period, or you waived your right of cooling off.
