你好。
我家有四个房间，其中有两间要出租，一个房间要出租短期（三个月左右），一个房间要长期出租（一年合约）。
我和我老公住一个房间，我们都是护士。我弟弟16岁住一个房间，他在读高中。
房租费用： $ 140单人一个星期， $180双人一个星期。押金为420澳元。
包括所有家私和电器。也包括电水费，网费。房间家私全包。可立即入住。

Fully Furnished house, including bed, wardrobe, ADSL2+ 200GBinternet, Air-conditioner, Fridge, washing machine and all kitchen appliances.House has 4 rooms. All the bills: Water, Internet, Gas, Electricity paid for you!

8 min walk to Marion Shopping centre. 15min walk to FlindersHospital/Univesity. Next to Major bustops. Bond is $420 (3 x weeks of rent). Separate Bathroom/Toilet.Prefer Flinders students. Need to be ableto live in a shared house environment and be able to get along with otherpeople and share household chores is essential! 1 room is occupied by my husband and I (26 and 28 yr old both Nurses) and other by my brother 16. 2 rooms are empty one to rent for long term (1 year minimum) and one short term (3 months until the end of November).
