House is located at Taperoo, 5017, close to port adelaide and semaphore, 5mins to the beach.
You will need to bring your own furniture.
$80/week, sharing broadband internet 500 GB, electricity and water bills.
Prefer one person with job, non-smoker, no dog and cat.
