东区好房出租近Unisa magill campus, , Norwood Morialta middle， high school.
一间小房及一间大房出租。交通方便，多辆公车可到，全新房子，有中央空调，两个卫生间，500GB宽带。房间有大壁橱，家具、家电齐全。走路即可到达shopping center，有foodland,蔬菜水果店，药店等。
步行两分钟到车站，20分钟车程到city, 3分钟车程到magill campus，公车21站
新房，所有家具一应俱全 - 冰箱洗衣机洗碗机烤箱微波炉电视碗盘钢琴书桌电脑椅等。。
房里有床和床头柜

现租$130 share bill
