男生求租一间房间，1月31号入住，靠近阿德莱德大学North Terrace校区，无不良嗜好，不养宠物。
最好步行15分钟以内到达阿德莱德North Terrace校区。一周120-200之间，最好室友能是学生，具体细节可以QQ联系172513597。

交通四通八达，非常多bus到city， 8分钟就可以到city了，附近有3大shopping centre，步行几分钟就到了。
位于小区内，安静。
