三卧室房子,其中两间带有嵌入式衣柜，卧室面积大。一间盥洗室，独立的厕所。分隔开的起居室、厨房和餐厅。可上锁的车库，可停一辆车，另外有空位可以停两辆车子。双砖结构房，冬暖夏凉。花园非常容易打理。

位于安静的东南方向富人街区，友善的邻居。靠近各种商铺、诊所、小学校和中学。可轻松步行至171, 861/863/864车站, 短途进城。

欢迎家庭租住，三人为佳。NO PETS PLEASE。

注：不带任何家具。

租金: $430／周，6-12月的合同。

The house is availalbe now, so you can move in anytime.

LZ, what is your status now?

The room is still vacant? Ahhhhh, it is harder and harder to find tenants in Adelaide. I should say, you are not the only one, mate... I also have bedrooms vacant for a long long time... luckily, I don't mind that much, and very much enjoyed the private life to have the whole house by myself for a period of time, hehehe,...

Anyway, good luck to you to find a good tenant soon!

仅仅需要走路5分钟的时间而已，在Glenn Osmond Road上坐车。同时也就可以到达一个小型的shopping centre了。非常方便的！

Yes, buses goes along Glen Osmond Road, very quick. About 15min to city centre.
