标题: 855 需要再为雇主干满两年吗？
本人刚刚拿的855签证，雇主担保的，但是工作太累了想换一个工作，不知道855签证还需要为雇主干满两年还是直接就可以离开，因为857就是要干满两年的，之前和雇主签了四年的合同还有两年没到期，请问有没有童鞋知道855的给解释一下，感谢万分！

你好，你的签证Subclass 855 – Meat Industry Labour Agreement Visa。
在移民局网站上有具体的解释，签证获得后的义务：

Obligations after the visa is granted：
Once a visa has been granted it is not a visa requirement for the employee to remain with the employer that nominated them. However, the employee may have obligations under their employment contracts or industrial laws which may require an appropriate period of notice to be given to the employer prior to ceasing employment.

也就是说你的签证并没有强制你必须工作2年，但是你是有义务遵守和雇主签订的合同的。如果你的雇主同意与你解除合同的话，你就随时可以换一个工作，签证是不会受影响的。

强调一下：之前签的合同是以457签证签的。现刚拿了855.之前合同是否可以作废
