Hi, i am seeking a female to be housemates. The house is fully furnisherd and walking distance to the shopping centre 1 mins (coles, foodland, libirary, post office, gym,) and nearby lots of shops and takeaway fastfood. Nearest bus stop only 2 minutes walk away. Buses passing through regularly B10 (every 15 mintues), B7 an 300.
House consists of:
* Wireless Internet access
* Off street parking available
* Central air-condition and heating
* Spacious open plan living
* Separate toilet, bathroom and laundry
* Fully equipped and brand new modern kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher
* Two big window filled living room with access through slide doors to the private paved low maintenance courtyard

Expenses will be inculde (water,telephone, electricity & Internet).

House is fully furnished. Please contact me if you are interested to inspect the room.
