有房3间，2大一小。
大房全包160，小房全包120。或sharebill，可议。6星期押金，半年合同，一月一交租金。
家具齐全，必要生活家具一应俱全。
各房内都有全新书架，床架，床垫，桌椅，大衣橱，台灯。
公用的有洗衣机一枚。

窗景，前花园和车道

客厅，大沙发，电视。

饭厅，实木大桌。

采光超好的房间--特色：衣柜超能容物。全新家具。冷暖空调。双人床哦！

房间2 特色：大，自备洗漱面缸，新3门大衣柜，新床（双人），新空调，有通后花园，可赏景。

花园巨树

小房暂时没图。

有大衣柜一枚，单人床（新），等等。

The Internet we are using is TPG, unlimited, very good receiption in this region.

currently, this house is only for female tenants, so very sorry for that and thank you for your interesting in this house.

I will upload the photos for the small room soon.
