We got an unfurnished huge room available atm in Black Forest. Location close to public transport- buses available to the city, Flinders Medical Centre, Flinders University, Marion Shopping Centre; trams available to the city & Glenelg.
We are looking for someone who is quiet, trustworthy, responsible, clean and friendly. No Pets allowed. Asian lady Preferable.
Price: $140 per week (including Electricity, Internet, Gas)
Transport: Tram Stop 5, Bus Stop 7 for 719, 720 etc. Route , Bus Stop 9 for W90, W91 Route
Share Basis: House Share

Smoking: No
We got a toilet and a bathroom to share. We have a large backyard with a garage. If you got a car, we got an off street parking.
