東區全新房子, 現有2間房間出租, 也可以做homestay ( 不好意思, 只限女生租客)

房子今年才建好的, 家具, 電器都是全新的,每個房間都有超大衣櫃和冷氣口, 還有pura tap water!!
拎包就能入住了!!

交通方便巴士H20 178 179都可以到, 近UniSA Magill campus, 超級市場, 公園, 加油站等等

單人房#1 $120 share bill

單人房#2 $135 share bill
