only3 minutes walk to a shopping complex.

The house is furnished, including bed, wardrobe,washing machine & fridge.

It is safe, quite & clean, an environment most suitable forstudents.

Prefer to share with a FemaleAsian. The rent is from $80 per week, plus expenses ( unlimited ADSL2+, gas,
electricity & water).
