Hi,
I am looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedrooms unit apartment in Unley area. The unit is very close to the city. It only takes 10 minutes drive and very easy access to public transports (Bus route 200/ tram). A single small room to rent out. The room is fully furnished with a single bed with mattress, a study desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The rent is $120 per week (Excluding the electricity, gas and internet). The expenses to be shared.
