* 3 分钟步行到公交站，多路公交经过，包括走O-Bahn的528（10分钟可达city）
* 10分钟步行到shopping center，coles、亚洲超市等，巨方便
* 超大后院、车库
* 全家具
* 1月31号Available
因为不是新房子，所以房东先生也不太计较-适合喜欢生活随意的人及有小孩的家庭。

租金：$390每周

Sorry ytw_91, I did not check this post for the past days.

The house is under contract now, but I will update it again and let you know later in case some conditions of the contract could not be fully met.
