我家位于南区Edwardstown,街道安静，邻居友善。所以周围环境安全。靠近Castle Plaza有coles,foodland, target, post office, Bank SA,ANZ，Commonwealth Bank等等。总之你能想到我们这里的购物中心都有。。走路5分钟以内可以到达，很方便购物, 火车第九站(Woodlands park station),繁忙时段每5分钟一班火车, 但是在家里听不见火车的吵闹声，因此，非常适合学生居住，UniSa，阿大和Flinders大学更加方便了，学校对面就是火车站（坐快车，一站就到阿大了）。如果你想乘车去Chinatown，出门300米就是公交车站，15分钟一班车。房子干净，家具齐全，家电新买的，家里有中央空调和隔热层，给你一个舒适的夏天。家里住着一对友善夫妻，还有一个可爱Baby，不怎么吵闹的。这里是我们澳洲的自己的房子，所以希望住进来的室友能把这里当自己的家一样爱惜，整洁干净。希望找安静同学，无宠物。
房间情况：光线好，空气好，queen size的双人床，大衣柜，桌椅，地板是地毯的。网络是unlimited

现在出租一单人间，双人衣柜，双人床，房租是125全包短租，（5月28日起）包括了水，电，煤气，网络和电话月租费。
