位于市中心，步行 5 minutes 到阿大 (adelaide U)，7 minutes 到南澳大学 (UNISA)以及 chinatown；两分钟到达免费tram station 以及所有巴士站。周围有二十四小时便利店，快餐店 (Hungry Jacks, MCD & KFC)，餐厅，购物广场（rundle mall）,post office 还有健身房（GYM-Fitness First）。环境清洁，所有设施都是新的。

房间是最大的，有一张双人床。有读书桌，衣橱。还剩余很大的空间。有空调和设备齐全的厨房，冰箱，微波炉，电磁炉，抽油烟机等
