诚意找室友, 无不良嗜好, 不在家里抽烟

家裡情況：我们家现在住了一对Couple加一个男生, 家里都人都很友善

屋子是新建的, 全新装修, 有两个厕所, 一个浴室, 三个卧室, 一个停车位(不过停车位已经给Couple租了, 有车的不介意停在街上也可以)

我们家是不可以养宠物的, 我们全家对动物敏感, 不好意思啊

交通情况: 行走3分钟到公车站, 坐公车8分钟到阿大, 南大, 公车包括: B10 H30 H31 (through Magill Rd), 174 177 178 179 (through Payneham Rd)
所以无论你是阿大和南大East/West Campus学生, 或者是南大Magill Campus的学生, 也是非常方便的

购物情况:行走5分钟到大型超级市场Coles, BankSA, Newsagency，坐公车10分钟到Rundle mall, 15分钟到China Town
