房东是couple, 男28，女26，现在希望来一位或2位朋友。我们非常好相处，曾有6位同学和我们一起住从来不曾有过争执，我们也从来不过问室友的生活，只要你们不把房子拆了。：）男房东是local可以帮忙练习英语口语，免费改essay作业等。厨房和客厅非常大，待出租的房子是一个双人间，有双人床，有书桌，旋转椅，很大的大衣柜保证够放衣物的。一共3个bedrooms。一人住的话$110 +bills 或130全包，2人住的话$160+bills 或185全包。从家到车站3-4分钟步行，公交车直接到阿大和unisa的city校区。家里有2只猫，因为从来不出门所以非常干净也很可爱，第一个联系电话是女孩的，第二个联系电话是家里local的，想联系我们的话打哪个都可以。Ps：家中无人抽烟，没有不良嗜好

到市区20分钟，有车表为证。。
只有一间房间（双人房）
