This house is situated at Parafield Garden and near to Mawson Lake.

1 bedroom (Room 2 only) will be available from now - for temporary basis until 9 Feb 2011 (good conditions: new carpeted and wall painted)

Your room will have:
- Single bed with mattress and wardrobe
- Study desk with drawers
- 1 bathroom and 1 toilet for shared
Close (walking distance) to everywhere such as Foodland Shopping Parafield Garden / Asian Grocery /Restaurants etc.
7 minutes walk to Train Station (travel time about 12-15mins to Adelaide City)
3 minutes walk to Bus Stop
This house has all basic furniture and all cooking equipments are installed

Preferably anyone who is honest, clean, tidy and non-smokers (currently a student in Room 1 and he is able to speak English and Chinese and an undergraduate student who is able to speak English and Chinese as well in Room 3).

Rent: $110 pw (including gas, electricity etc.)
