室内家具齐全，全部都有中央空调。家电齐全有两个大冰箱，50寸大彩电，电话，全自动洗衣机，微波炉烤箱等。目前还没搬入所以家具图片上还没有但是家具31号基本全部到齐

西面Cowandilla 机场方向一间小卧室短租到12月31号。
随时入住全家具  租金$75/周（包含水电煤气网路）
交通方便巴士J1, J2, J1G, 162到6A站，每15分钟一班 10分钟即可到city  从房子步行到巴士站1分钟附近有woolworths超市邮局银行
目前住1个男生2个女生所以不介意新住户是男生还是女生
