1 room available , for boy or girl 男女不限， at eastern suburb,  3 bedrooms in the house
which has all facilities, kitchen utensils available for use.

It  takes  2 or 3 mins to bus stop, 15 mins to city, Adelaide Uni , Uni SA.  The house is  2 mins walking distance to Uni SA magill campus; tennis court, Uni swimming pool, Uni fitness centre and,  also shopping centres around.

Welcome for inspection......
The house has a pretty backyard.
