新take的双层townhouse，非常现代化，房子位于ridleyton，楼上有3个卧室2个浴室。楼下有客厅，厨房，洗衣房，1个厕所，车库。中央空调，房子后面有一个小院子，可以bbq。
因为新建的独立小区，周围很安静并且很安静，邻居也很友善，现在出租其中1个房间，全地毯，自带全新大衣柜，double size的床，单人桌和转椅，五斗橱~离房子不远有foodland等购物中心，房东也可定期捎带购物什么的。
房间网络目前为adam 100g，网速超级稳定，月末升级为250G，大家可以敞开用~~
想找一个爱干净，好相处的室友，男女皆可，至少能签半年约的，半年约可优惠~
