10 分鐘到marion ，15分鐘到city
超大花園有car park，步行15 分鐘到大型超市 foodland，
网络：无线上网
很適合在flinders 讀書的學生!!!!!!!!!!
房租: 中房 $ 110 (全包)
大房 $130/ 兩個人$160 (全包)
