Room to let, all furnitures are provided and freely to use. A car park is provided. The rent per week is $135 is included electricity, internet, kitchen washing detergent, washing powder, and limited local phone calls.
It is located in western suburd - Woodville West. It is only 1 minutes away from the train station (Albert Park), Train operates evert 15 minutes to city, and it is very convenient.
